Jesse Opuko

Dr. Jesse Opoku is the Chief Operating Officer at Wootzano, a cutting-edge robotics company operating in the post-harvest space of the Agri value chain and has over ten years of experience in academia and industry working with multi-disciplinary teams of Engineers, Materials Scientists, Chemists and Physicists delivering commercial products for stakeholders. He scaled up Wootzano’s electronic skin sensors, which allow robots to feel like humans, with a manufacturing yield of close to 100%.  Jesse is presently leading the integration of Avarai, the robotics system for labour reduction in packhouses across the UK and USA.
